Matthew Woods is involved in general practice in many areas of work for the firm. Originally from Mason City, Matt has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Iowa, and a law degree from Creighton University School of Law in 1993. He is a member of the Iowa, Southwest Iowa and Mills County bar associations, and is the President of the Mills County Bar Association. Matt's practice includes an emphasis on real estate law, estate planning and probate, municipal law, contract negotiations, corporations and business entities, commercial and general litigation, agricultural law, and drainage law. He is active in various community services and committees.
